• App Improvement: To analyze usage patterns and improve the App's performance and user experience.

• Local Storage Only: All scanned documents, images, and OCR results are stored locally on your device using Android's internal storage. No data is transmitted to our servers.

• No Server Communication: The App does not communicate with any of our servers. The only internet connection made is to Google AdMob for loading advertisements.
• Data Encryption: Data transmitted between the App and Google AdMob is encrypted in transit using industry-standard TLS encryption.
• No Permanent Storage by Us: We have no access to your scanned documents or personal files at any time.

• Right to Delete: You can delete all scanned documents directly from within the App. Since all data is stored locally on your device, uninstalling the App will also permanently delete all associated data.

• Right to Revoke Permissions: You can revoke Camera permission at any time through your device Settings > Apps > QuickScanPro > Permissions.
• Right to Access: Since all data is stored locally on your device, you have full access to all your scanned documents at all times.

10. Data Retention

Since all scanned documents and user data are stored locally on your device, data retention is entirely under your control:

• Scanned Documents: Retained on your device until you manually delete them or uninstall the App.
• AdMob Data: Google may retain advertising-related data according to Google's Data Retention Policy.
• No Server-Side Data: We do not store any of your data on our servers. There is no server-side data to retain or delete.

11. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed to children under the age of 13 (or the applicable age of digital consent in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that a child has provided us with personal information, we will take steps to delete such information promptly.
